‘Grace’ here does not refer to salvation but to our ministry  –  ‘Given’ an aorist passive  –  Christ’s sovereign giving of graces is for His glory, for the ecclesia and then for ourselves  –  Our gifts of graces given as Christ apportioned it, not just the gifts but the amount of gifts  –  Are these ‘gifts’ natural abilities?  –  ‘Charis’ and ‘charisma’  –  Each believer’s gifts are unique
